Soba-cha is a deliciously smooth, flavoursome, and subtly nutty-flavoured herbal tea, made out of roasted buckwheat kernels. It pairs well with Asian foods and desserts, and is helpful for digestion so is perfect after a meal - it's a good alternative to--mint, chamomile, or rooibus tea, and can also be had as an alternative to coffee with similar roasted notes (also comparable to genmaicha). The tea has been consumed in East Asia (Japan, China, Korea) for centuries, where it's well known for it's rich and pure taste and health benefits - which are similar to green tea, minus the caffeine or any bitter aftertaste: - Helps with digestion & weight loss - Anti-inflammatory - Caffeine-free / Gluten-free / Sugar-free - High in antioxidants* *This specific tea has been made using golden roasted ---tartary--- buckwheat, which is renowned for having 100x more rutin (a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties) than common buckwheat.

Brewing Instructions:
Always use fresh water, pour it over the tea bag while it's still boiling and allow to brew for 2-4 minutes. The rest is up to you.

We deliver to a wide range of postcodes, and you can easily check availability using our postcode checker. If we’re not currently delivering to your area, you’re welcome to contact our office on 01937 531693 or email office@theorganicpantry.co.uk to see if we can extend our delivery route to you.
Once you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm your delivery day. While we generally stick to set delivery routes to keep things efficient and eco-friendly, occasional changes may happen, and we’ll always notify you in advance. Because of this route-based system, we’re unable to offer specific delivery days or exact time slots, but you can always get in touch with the office if you need a rough idea of when to expect your order.
All deliveries currently include a temporary £1.99 charge due to rising fuel and haulage costs, although we continue to review this weekly with the aim of returning to free delivery as soon as possible.
If you’re not going to be in when we arrive, don’t worry—our drivers are experienced in safely leaving boxes in secure locations. You can leave instructions when ordering, such as a doorstep, shed, or neighbour, and if no instructions are provided, the driver will choose the safest option available and post your invoice through the door.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
