Organic Rapeseed Oil
Rapeseed oil, which is also known as canola in the USA, is produced from the seed of the yellow-blossomed rape (colza) plant. It contains all three omega fatty acids as well as vitamin E. It is said to be one of the healthiest culinary oils available and is low in saturated fat with heart healthy properties.
Clearspring organic oils are cold pressed, unrefined and full of flavour. They offer a number of health benefits by retaining their vitamin E content, which is a natural antioxidant, and having a balance of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids. Their exceptional quality reflects the care and dedication put into their production by Clearspring's producer.
Clearspring organic unrefined oils are a joy to use, as each variety offers a distinct flavour and a characteristic nutritional profile.
Suggestion for Usage:
The flavour of rapeseed oil is much more subtle than oils such as olive, which makes it ideal for dishes where a gentler taste is required. In cold dishes it adds a hint of nuttiness, so it is delicious in salad dressings, dipping sauces, marinated vegetables and hummus. It can also be used to make flapjacks, crostini or drizzled onto soups or guacamole.

We deliver to a wide range of postcodes, and you can easily check availability using our postcode checker. If we’re not currently delivering to your area, you’re welcome to contact our office on 01937 531693 or email office@theorganicpantry.co.uk to see if we can extend our delivery route to you.
Once you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm your delivery day. While we generally stick to set delivery routes to keep things efficient and eco-friendly, occasional changes may happen, and we’ll always notify you in advance. Because of this route-based system, we’re unable to offer specific delivery days or exact time slots, but you can always get in touch with the office if you need a rough idea of when to expect your order.
All deliveries currently include a temporary £1.99 charge due to rising fuel and haulage costs, although we continue to review this weekly with the aim of returning to free delivery as soon as possible.
If you’re not going to be in when we arrive, don’t worry—our drivers are experienced in safely leaving boxes in secure locations. You can leave instructions when ordering, such as a doorstep, shed, or neighbour, and if no instructions are provided, the driver will choose the safest option available and post your invoice through the door.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
